Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Plan, manage, and publish content calendars across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Maintain consistent brand tone, storytelling, and identity across all digital channels.
• Experiment with emerging trends, tools, and formats to expand audience reach.
• Drive online community engagement by responding to queries, fostering dialogue, and building loyalty.
• Execute social media-led campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand visibility and messaging.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns – from ideation to content creation and execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
• Partner with influencer agencies to curate relevant content and collaborations.
• Track influencer campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Agency & Partner Collaboration:
• Work closely with creative, media, and influencer agencies for campaign execution.
• Develop campaign briefs, review content deliverables, and ensure brand alignment.
• Evaluate agency performance and optimize partnerships for higher efficiency and creativity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Oversee end-to-end execution of social media and influencer campaigns.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and share of voice.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and derive actionable insights.
• Monitor online conversations and support Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations and digital activations.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to monitor and enhance campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics and digital storytelling.
