Solution Architect- Java- 12+ years- Noida
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong technical background in Java, SQL, data structures, algorithms, and solution design. This role requires proven expertise in team leadership, stakeholder management, and architectural decision-making for large-scale banking software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices-based architecture, hands-on coding, and guiding teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
• Lead the architectural design and technical solutions for banking products and platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Oversee team management, fostering a collaborative and agile engineering culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology and engineering practices while mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability, security, and performance.
• Act as a technical leader, providing guidance on Java-based solutions, data structures, algorithms, and best coding practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications effectively to align technical goals with business needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Proven Solution Architect experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
o Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot
o SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
o Microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-ready applications
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms with strong coding skills.
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and modern digital technologies.
• Experience with Reactive programming (Spring Reactor), Redis, and frontend frameworks (Angular).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline, cloud deployment).
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domain (not mandatory).
