You will partner with global stakeholders to support C-suite hiring through market research, industry insights, talent mapping, and strategic deliverables. This high-impact individual contributor role blends research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the technology practice of a leading global leadership advisory firm.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting consultants on senior-level mandates globally
- Collaborating with global teams to build market insights and talent pools

- Creating strategic reports, talent mappings, and sector-specific org charts
- Developing expertise in the technology domain and contributing to client deliverables
Requirements
- Postgraduate from a reputed institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research/consulting/technology
- Global exposure with a strong grasp of the technology industry and its trends
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong command over MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- A self-starter with critical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
