AWS Migration Engineer – 8+ Years – PAN India

We are seeking an experienced AWS Migration Engineer to spearhead the migration of on-premises applications and systems to AWS Cloud. Responsibilities

  1. Discovery & Assessment: Analyze existing infrastructure and applications using tools such as AWS Migration Hub, Application Discovery Service, and AWS DMS. Recommend migration strategies.
  2. AWS Services Implementation: Design and deploy AWS solutions leveraging EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and Transit Gateway.
  3. Networking Setup: Configure secure connectivity between AWS and on-premises using AWS Direct Connect and VPN.
  4. Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Implement automation with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  5. Application Modernization: Transition legacy applications to microservices-based architecture using cloud-native solutions.
  6. Cloud Architecture Design: Develop scalable, secure architectures aligned with AWS best practices.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure and applications to AWS Cloud.
  2. Strong hands-on expertise with AWS migration tools and services.
  3. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  4. Knowledge of networking concepts including AWS Direct Connect and Site-to-Site VPN.
  5. Ability to modernize applications from monolithic to microservices.
  6. AWS Certifications preferred (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps).
  7. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile environments.
  8. BE/BTech in Computer Science or related discipline.
