Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Azure cloud infrastructure projects — from planning to closure — ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
2. Manage cross-functional teams for migration, modernization, and landing zone implementation initiatives.
3. Oversee managed services operations across Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
4. Drive service health improvements, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction through reviews and performance monitoring.
5. Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and client workshops.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. 15+ years of overall IT experience with 4–5 years in Project/Program Management.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience managing Azure cloud operations.
4. Strong understanding of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, ARM templates, Security).
5. Proven track record in stakeholder management and delivery governance.
