Job Title: Territory Incharge – Sales – Gandhidham – 3+ Years

Summary:

As a Territory Incharge, you will act as a key interface between the organization and its Dealers/End Customers. You will be responsible for driving primary sales, expanding dealer networks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating business growth in the assigned territory. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver on revenue and market expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary Sales Management: Achieve monthly sales targets across all product categories.
  • Collections & Compliance: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company norms.
  • Dealer Engagement: Expand dealer network, reduce attrition, and support dealer profitability.
  • Demand Generation: Plan and execute customer awareness programs, product shows, and trade campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and prepare MIS/reports.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer grievances and coordinate after-sales service with technical teams.
  • Business Development: Drive market growth, enhance coverage, and support brand-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / BE / BTech (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in channel management/business development.
  • Knowledge: Sales processes, demand estimation, brand-building, and product knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, planning & organizing, customer focus, and result orientation.
