Job Title: TLO – Modern Trade (FMCG / Personal Care) – 3+ Years – Mumbai

Summary

We are looking for a TLO – Modern Trade to lead and make a real impact in one of the most dynamic markets! In this role, you will own and manage the entire Modern Trade network across Mumbai and Gujarat, driving sales, building strong B2B and B2C relationships, and ensuring your outlets perform at their best. You will also lead a team of Operation Executives, guiding them to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales in the Modern Trade segment, contributing to organizational growth.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  3. Ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across the assigned territory.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data for informed decision making.
  5. Negotiate with clients to secure favorable agreements aligned with company goals.
  6. Provide regular sales reports and data insights to leadership for performance evaluation and strategy adjustments.
  7. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  1. Education: Graduation in any field. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the FMCG or personal care sector.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
