UX Designer -Digital Assets (FinTech)- Gurgaon-3+ years
Looking for a professional with 3+ years of experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. The role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, developers, designers, and writers to help define project goals and products to deliver intuitive workflows and user experiences for a range of tools and solutions.
Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, developers, designers, and writers to help define project goals and requirements; analyze empirical data, usability findings, market research, and proven UX principles to rationalize and prioritize these requirements
Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, and design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Help refine the architecture, user interface, and end-to-end experience to improve the customer journeys
Present design work to technology, product teams and company leadership for review and feedback
Participate in user research to guide design decisions (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.) and collaborate/communicate results to the teams
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure designs are aligned with business strategy, compliance and company identity.
Requirements:
3+ years of Experience as a design practitioner specially in B2B FinTech industry
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the same should have Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
