Responsibilities –
- Revenue Strategy & Leadership: Architect and implement a company-wide revenue roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee post-sales functions with a focus on customer success, retention, and lifetime value expansion.
- Sales Process Optimization: Build structured sales frameworks, enable CRM and funnel visibility, and drive a performance culture.
- Strategic Alliances: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and GTM alliances for expanded market reach and vertical growth.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage analytics, BI tools, and AI to create efficient, scalable revenue operations and performance metrics.
Requirements –
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, GTM, Revenue Strategy, or Business Development.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise sales cycles, recurring revenue models, and post-sales engagement.
- Excellent command over data tools – CRM platforms, BI dashboards, Excel – with a sharp analytical mind.
- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred and highly regarded.
