Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide support in monitoring and tracking project deliverables, milestones, and key performance metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify opportunities, and implement corrective measures to drive project success.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure consistent project documentation.
• Assist in preparing detailed project reports, presentations, and updates for the leadership team.
• Manage program governance frameworks, ensuring all projects align to budget, scope, and timeline.
• Leverage technology to bring process improvements and efficiencies to project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in program/project management or related fields.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an added advantage.
