We are seeking an experienced Technology Compliance Analyst to lead compliance management, oversee regulatory adherence, and strengthen governance frameworks. This role offers the chance to manage DORA-related changes, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and embed a culture of compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and mature the Technology Compliance Management System (TCMS).
2. Manage compliance registers, risk tracking, and evidence validation.
3. Oversee the implementation of EU DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements.
4. Partner with 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders to drive compliance culture and adherence.
5. Draft and publish IT Risk Management Framework Reports.
6. Provide management information and reporting on compliance posture.
7. Deliver compliance training to technology and business stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with assurance and audit teams for effective oversight.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory functions (preferably in financial services).
2. Strong understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks, including the Three Lines of Defence.
3. Proven track record in delivering regulatory change and compliance alignment.
4. Hands-on experience with DORA implementation and compliance management tools (e.g., Decision Focus).
5. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
6. Ability to interpret policies/regulations and translate them into sustainable compliance processes.
