1. Claims Management: Handle the end-to-end management of IBA (Insurance Broking Accounts) claims with precision and compliance.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to resolve queries, build relationships, and ensure top-notch service levels.
3. Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve and streamline IBA processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
5. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders to keep them abreast of claim statuses and actionable insights.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other accounting, compliance, and operational teams for seamless execution of tasks.

Requirements - 

1. Experience: 6-10 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on claims processes and reconciliations.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and tools. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
4. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
