Responsibilities

As a Manager - IBA, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Review and enhance internal accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on global accounting standards and best practices to ensure seamless application.
  • Contribute to audits and liaise with external auditors to finalize financial statements.
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting and oversee risk management initiatives within the IBA domain.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the accounting field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
  • Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate or consulting environment is an added advantage.
