- Identify, establish, and nurture client and stakeholder relationships to drive business expansion.
- Manage P&L and key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic business initiatives.
- Lead business development activities, including presentations, pitches, and client engagements.
- Represent the organization at industry events to strengthen market presence.
Requirements -
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the real estate industry (B2C model preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Experience in managing residential sales or related business growth functions.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced business environments.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
