Business Development Director - Solution Selling - Delhi (10+ Years)

Looking for a business development professional who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing an account entry strategy, drive relationships in the identified organizations; working with a team of subject matter experts to develop proposals/pricing resulting in new business wins.

Note: Female Candidates are preferred. 

Responsibilities

  1. Showcasing success in large enterprise B2B sales (solutions sales) by building match-winning proposals.
  2. Ability to prospect/convert and generate own meetings with named accounts in the region.
  3. Establishing relationships with CXOs - Display multi-level engagement within named accounts.
  4. Developing & owning logo acquisition plan with clear milestones.
  5. Championing BIW brand: Effectively positioning BIW as a thought leader.
  6. Demonstrating customer focus using elements of Challenger sales:
  7. Teaching for differentiation: Offering a unique perspective while maintaining two-way communication.
  8. Taking control of the buying process, negotiation, and outcome.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. MBA degree preferred.
  2. Exposure to B2B Sales, corporate sales, and value-based selling
  3. Ability to work independently and achieve stretch targets.
  4. Ability to develop strong relationships with prospects.
  5. Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well[1]planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
  6. Excellent Excel & PowerPoint-making and communication skills are mandatory for the role.
