In this role, you will drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategies that fuel organizational growth.

Responsibilities-
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the financial services and corporate sectors.
- Developing and executing business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Strengthening engagement with existing clients to enhance revenue and satisfaction.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align business objectives.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of products, solutions, and services to effectively present them to clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets consistently.
Requirements-
- Postgraduate qualification such as MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
