We are looking out for sales veteran holding at least 15 years of experience in account acquisition & handling large teams from Banking, Financial Services, Telecom or Consumer Durables sector. 

You are expected to come with a successful track record of building sales verticals and relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations.

  1. Acquiring clients across industries for the assurance business. 
  2. Performing market research and analysis, aiding business planning and process improvement.
  3. Developing and executing strategies to facilitate sales and increasing the customer base, ensuring active lead generation, lead management and conversions. 
  4. Owning the P&L, growing the revenue contribution of the existing clients. 
  5. Driving a high performing culture by monitoring and tracking the business performance of the culture. 
  6. Coordinating with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, etc) to enhance the customer connect and the overall sales performance.
  7. Training, motivating and managing the non-performers through interim performance reviews and providing developmental feedback to the team.  


  1. MBA/PGDM with 15+ years of experience in sales and account management from Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications or Consumer Durables industry. 
  2. Prior experience in building sales organizations from scratch and establishing a high-performance culture.
  3. Strong communication and influencing skills. 
  4. Prior experience of handling large team of sales folks. 
  5. Pan-India experience is preferred but not an eliminating criteria for the role.
