Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Spearhead end-to-end BI projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Design and implement advanced BI tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans while managing risks, resources, and timelines.
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs, delivering insights that guide key strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies to continuously improve solutions.
  • Document technical/functional requirements and user guides for seamless project handoffs.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or project management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and data warehousing fundamentals.
  • Expertise in databases and query languages (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and integrating datasets.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with strategic insights delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Background in fast-paced environments like IT, Consulting, or Analytics.
