Servicing & Retention - Group Business/Corporate Sales - Insurance/BFSI - 10+ Years - Gurgaon

Retention role plays a key role in Group Business. It focuses on maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring they continue their policies and providing them seamless service experience by coordinating with various teams in the organisation. This role is crucial for the profitability and sustainability, as retaining existing customers is very important and typically costs less than acquiring new ones.

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities: 

  1. Maintaining regular engagement with policyholders to build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and proactively address concerns, inquiries, or complaints to foster long-term loyalty.

 

  1. Monitoring upcoming policy expirations and initiate timely outreach to clients to encourage renewals, ensuring continuous coverage and minimizing lapses through proactive follow-up and personalized support.

 

  1. Identifying and act on opportunities to recommend additional or upgraded insurance products—such as NPS, Gratuity, Annuities, or adding TI, CI, and ADB Riders—based on clients’ evolving needs and life stages.

 

  1. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive service improvements and address recurring issues, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

  1. A graduate with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in client servicing and retention.

 

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data handling, reporting, and client presentations.

 

  1. Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills, enabling effective problem-solving and value-driven client interactions.

 

  1. Highly punctual and service-oriented, with the ability to meet strict TATs through seamless coordination across departments to deliver on client commitments and enhance retention.
