Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end CLM solutions tailored to business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through advanced analytics and provide thought leadership for improving operational efficiency and minimizing risks.

Implementation and Support

  • Oversee seamless configurations and customizations of CLM software solutions.
  • Develop innovative workflows, templates, and reports within CLM frameworks.
  • Drive post-implementation support and continuous enhancements for client systems.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analytics within the CLM ecosystem.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for contract optimization using advanced analytical tools.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership, legal, procurement, and IT teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, user training, and strategies for change management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or similar domains.
  • Proven expertise in analytics tools and deriving actionable insights.

Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of leading CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Icertis, Coupa, Agiloft, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of database management, SQL, and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a bonus.

Soft Skills

  • Stellar interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable Skills

  • Certifications in CLM solutions or data analytics are highly advantageous.
