Regional Compliance Head

The Regional Compliance Head will play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and supporting internal compliance framework, designing risk and control systems and annual audit plan, with focus on efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and processes.

Location: Remote (Traveling: 25-50% internationally)

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, Implement and Maintains Internal Governance system and program to effectively audit the organizational compliance and rigor with regards to established business processes and standards

  2. Assess the organization for potential risks related to rules and regulations, policies, and procedures, and then makes recommendations to minimize those risks.

  3. Establishment and maintenance of a system or processes used for reviewing and updating SOPs/Procedures/Policies, ensuring effective communication and change management plan, maintaining audit trails, and proving compliance to internal standards and guidelines

  4. Partner with the corporate teams to ensure the effective landing and adoption of process and policy changes, tools, and reporting

 Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Technology, or related field

  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience - Compliance Officer/Manager and Quality Assurance, etc.

  3. Relevant Certification(s) and experience with Industry Standards (ISO/COPC/TSIA, etc.)

  4. Experience with conducting or supporting Internal or Client Audits

  5. Experience with implementation of Governance Program, Audit methodology and annual audit plan

  6. Strong knowledge of industry processes, standards, & regulations

  7. Risk Assessment & Control, Change Management experience.

  8. Analytical mindset with excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills

  9. Proficient with various productivity applications (Visio, Project, Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint)

  10. Ability to travel 25-50% internationally.
