Data Product Engineering Specialist - 5+ Years - Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Engineering Specialist with a strong foundation in building scalable data pipelines, frameworks, and data products using cloud platforms like Azure and Databricks. Responsibilities

  1. Designing and maintaining scalable, governed data products for analytics, AI/ML, and business operations 

  2. Building robust data pipelines and reusable frameworks using tools like Databricks and Spark

  3. Collaborating with Product Managers and SMEs to align data architecture with business goals 

  4. Implementing cloud-native solutions while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security policies

  5. Developing and executing automated tests to ensure data quality and platform stability 

  6. Optimizing data solutions for performance and cost efficiency through automation and modern engineering practices

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, pipeline development, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred)

  3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and modern cloud platforms like Databricks

  4. Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and real-time streaming tools like Kafka

  5. Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and agile product development environments
