Delivery Lead Senior Manager- Digital inside Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Years of Experience: 16 to 25 years

 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Generation & Opportunity Development Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, customer engagement, and event support.

This role goes beyond traditional lead generation you will also help shape strategy, work with senior stakeholders, and make a lasting impact on client engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound calls, send personalized emails, and engage via social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule initial meetings for sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Identify and recruit participants for marketing events and webinars.
  • Drive awareness of the companys products or services through various communication channels.
  • Track and report on outreach activities and lead conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client engagement teams to refine targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related function.
  • Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skill requirements :

 

  • Digital inside sales inbound / outbound should have exp in calling sales process. International voice sales exp is needed
  • Can look at Contact center or customer support profiles as well
  • Need inside sales voice process exp
  • Digital Marketing domain exp is preferred, Digital Inside sales, inside sales , Tech inside sales (Lead generation exp)all voice needed
  • In overall exp international voice process exp is preferred + some sales exp
  • Should have good Delivery ops exp along with client & agency handling exp
  • Some one who has Managed commercials, pay for performance, financial management (invoicing, P&L, revenue streams, generating more margins, Setting up new processes and stabilizing it )
  • Should have financial acumen to understand revenue model (invoicing, P&L, revenue streams, Generating more margins, Setting up new processes and stabalizing it )
  • Should be hands on with building processes from scratch
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Should also understand commercial P&L & pay for performance (p4p/P for P) understand what the revenue cost is , what is the cost margin & stabilize the overall business how to meet the revenue needed for a CL 6
