Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify operational risks across different functions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design risk mitigation strategies and enhance internal controls.
• Provide regular risk reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Administer risk management training sessions to foster a risk-aware culture within the organization.
• Conduct thorough incident analyses and provide actionable recommendations for risk reduction.
• Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in operational risk management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Risk Frameworks, or Compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent understanding of risk management principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency, maintaining high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field would be advantageous.
