Key Responsibilities –
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and support forecasting through data analysis and modeling.
• Manage strategic projects by coordinating timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organize and follow up on key meetings, ensuring action items and decisions are tracked and executed.
• Collect and analyze business data to inform decisions, identify trends, and improve performance.
• Track operational metrics like customer satisfaction and process efficiency to drive optimization.
• Support special projects including market research, competitive analysis, and business development.
• Foster effective communication and alignment across internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements –
• Candidates should be alumni of a premier B-school with a strong academic foundation.
• Must have 5+ years of post-MBA experience in a comparable strategic or financial role.
• Preference will be given to applicants based in or around Mumbai.
