Manager – Financial Controls | Financial Governance & Audit | 10+ Years | Mumbai

Summary –

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join as a Manager – Financial Controls. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving strong financial governance, internal audit readiness, contract evaluation, and cost control. If you have expertise in financial compliance, business finance, and risk mitigation, this is a high-impact opportunity.

Responsibilities –

  1. Review and approve commercial contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements as per internal policies.

  2. Analyze commercial terms, evaluate financial risk exposure, and ensure cost effectiveness.

  3. Validate business cases and perform ROI analysis for projects and key initiatives.

  4. Monitor budgets, track operational and capital expenditure, and ensure financial discipline.

  5. Support internal and external audits with audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements –

  1. CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification.

  2. 10+ years of experience in Financial Control, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance (minimum 5 years in internal audit).

  3. Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint.

  4. Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.

  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
