Urgent hiring for a sales leader with 12 years of total experience and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of team management exposure. An incumbent with a passion for scaling mid-size teams to larger team sizes and collaborating with multi-layer teams and a cream layer of organization will be the right fit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creating accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets.

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed weekly/monthly revenue targets by setting clear objectives, implementing sales tactics, and monitoring performance metrics. Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage a high-performing sales team,foster a positive and motivating work environment, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Continuously optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, pitching, closing, and post-sales support. Implement best practices and Sales CRM to streamline operations.

  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team, detailing sales performance, market trends, and insights. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.


  • A minimum of 12+years of sales experience in the B2C Edtech sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • B2C Inside Sales experience is mandatory

  • At least 6 - 8years experience in managing a sales / tele-calling team of 200+ sales executives

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective sales plans

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and partners

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
