Head- Customer Development - FMCG/Beauty/Skincare/Cosmetics - Mumbai - (12-15 years)

Reporting: Head - Customer Development

We are looking out for a marketing and analytics professional coming from FMCG, beauty, skincare or cosmetics space with at least 12+years of sales development experience. 

You will be responsible for enhancing field force productivity through SFA tools & developing GTM plans for the organization.

Responsibilities -

  1. Conceptualizing and formulating trade marketing calendar as per business strategy.

  2. Driving width & depth for existing, new and focus Products in trade.

  3. Developing and managing external suppliers, vendors, and partners to create impactful store solutions for various brands the client.

  4. Leading Distribution and Distributor Network in terms of indicators such as Numeric distribution, Field Force Productivity, Distributors ROIs.

  5. Designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers.

  6. Developing and improving the visibility tools as well as developing counter-competitive strategies in co-ordination with marketing and sales team for smooth execution in marketplace. 

  7. Ensuring desired market hygiene.

  8. Implementing & driving SFA tool pan-India.

Requirements - 

  1. Post-Graduation from a top Tier institute with at least 12 + years of relevant sales development, trade marketing experience from FMCG, beauty, skincare or cosmetics industry. 

  2. Highly analytical with hands-on experience of using the salesforce automation tools. 

  3. Self-driven and result oriented professional.

  4. Highly influential individual to get the job done cross-functionally in co-ordination with Brand Managers, RSMs, DGMs, activation manager, HR for sales development.
