Senior Software Engineer (Java)
Location: Chennai

Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Java 8.
- Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
- Integrate and manage SQL databases efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and ensure performance optimization.
- Follow best practices in software development, including test-driven development (TDD).
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java 8 and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and other Spring ecosystem modules.
- Experience in developing and deploying microservices.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, etc.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
