Key Account Manager - B2B Sales - Security Solutions - 2+ Years - Cochin
Location – Cochin
Summary -
An exciting opportunity to join a leading security solutions provider with a strong presence across India and globally. This role focuses on channel and institutional sales, managing key accounts, driving business volume, and ensuring compliance with operational processes.

Responsibilities –
Achieve Business Volume: Drive sales and business development for a specific line of security products to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Working Capital Management: Handle dealer relationships and ensure timely collection and accounting of receivables.
Key Account Management: Respond to dealer and institutional customer inquiries and ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.
Process Management: Maintain and update MIS and sales data regularly, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Organizational Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizens), business excellence programs, and maintain compliance and safety standards.
Requirements -
Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering OR Graduate with Postgraduate qualification in Management
Experience: Minimum 2 years in institutional or channel sales, preferably in capital goods or security equipment
Skills:
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage dealers and key clients effectively
Proficiency in reporting and sales tracking
