Lead Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - 4-7 Years - Pune

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Specialist – FP&A Indian Accounting to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards. Responsibilities - 

1. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
2. Analyze financial results and variances, providing actionable insights to support business strategy.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Indian Accounting Standards.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements - 

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree with a strong foundation in Indian Accounting Standards.
2. 6–10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
3. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting tools.
4. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
