Responsibilities -

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to recommend innovative reinsurance structures and programs.
- Drive the efficient handling of all reinsurance placement documents and contracts.
Requirements -
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or risk management. Advanced certifications in reinsurance will be a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in reinsurance and placement strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven analytical and financial modeling proficiency.
