Manager - QA Audit - FMCG - 10+ years - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai,
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to lead QA audits and training across CFAs and Depots pan India. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with FSSAI and QA systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities -
- Ensuring compliance of CFAs and Depots with QA systems and FSSAI standards.
- Conducting pan-India QA audits and generating accurate, timely reports.
- Designing and implementing auditing standards and checklists.
- Conducting training sessions on food safety and management systems.
- Measuring effectiveness of audits and training programs.
- Supporting closure of corrective actions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Analyzing and presenting audit findings to management.
- Assisting in continuous process improvement initiatives across QA operations.
Requirements -
- Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Microbiology, or equivalent.
- 10–12 years of experience in food industry QA, with 5+ years in auditing/training.
- Expertise in Food Safety Standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC).
- Experience in Beverage, Breweries, or Packaged Drinking Water industries.
- Certified Lead Auditor in relevant Food Safety Management Systems.
