Manager - Social Media - Marketing - 7+ Years - Bangalore/Pune

Location - Pune/Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Team Manager to lead and execute digital engagement strategies across platforms. This is a high-visibility role where you'll drive content, campaigns, team leadership, and analytics to enhance brand presence and audience engagement globally.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and implement social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Lead daily content creation and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

  • Manage social media pages, optimize visibility, and track audience engagement

  • Analyze key social metrics and implement data-driven improvements

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on campaigns and brand reputation

  • Mentor and manage a team, providing training on tools, trends, and creative approaches

  • Ensure timely delivery of editorial calendar and campaign execution

  • Stay updated on digital trends and innovate content strategy accordingly

  • Handle social media crises with tact and brand sensitivity

  • Report performance dashboards and support broader marketing initiatives

Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or digital marketing certification preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing and management

  • Experience with tools such as Oktopost, Workfront, or equivalent

  • Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and audience insights

  • Proven ability to manage teams, develop content strategy, and deliver large-scale campaigns

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Crisis communication experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with cross-department collaboration in a global corporate environment
