Manager - SOX Quality - 12+ Years - Pune
We are seeking an audit professional to join our quality team. This role may not be core SOX audit but will involve audits that require SOX audit skills. The candidate will develop and deliver a disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the company’s control, governance, and risk management processes, and report results to senior management.
Location - Pune
Your Future Employer - You will be part of a global internal audit team, reporting to the Service Manager with a dotted line to the Corporate Audit Center. Responsibilities -

Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously as per the audit plan, including review and approval of planning, working papers, draft, and final reports/SOX scorecards.

Review and approve documented audit results and SOX testing procedures to ensure compliance with internal requirements and IIA standards.

Communicate and maintain relationships with clients and team members to gather information and solve problems collaboratively.
Requirements -

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Minimum 12 years of work experience in public accounting and/or industry dealing with SOX Key Control testing (Big 4 experience highly desired).

Minimum four years of supervisory experience.
