Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Civil engineering professional to lead the Planning, Execution, and Monitoring of  Greenfield Cement Projects. The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for civil construction activities

Location- Adilabad (Hyderabad)

Your Future Employer- The company is looking for an experienced  Manager -Civil Project to lead and oversee the Green Field projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • He will be responsible for overall Civil Project Constructions starting from Crusher to Packing and Urban Infrastructure

  • Well-versed in industrial structure and expansion for civil works, especially.in major capacity cement plants

  • Prepare the Project Schedule and tracking & Monitoring.

  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.

  • Supervise the work of labourers’, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.

  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

  • Prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and presenting to Management.

  • BOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and Certification

  • Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects, and SAP.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E in Civil.

  • Experience: 10+ years in cement plant upgradations or capacity expansion projects involving advanced machinery and equipment.

  • Leadership: 10+ years of experience in project management and team leadership..

  • Skills: Strong project management, people management, and communication skills with the ability to handle multi-tasking and complex problem-solving.
