B2B Sales Head – ITES/Analytics – Mumbai

An exciting opportunity for a professional holding more than 12years of experience to shape the sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy, selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

  • Assisting in the development of the sales plan, Landing and expanding process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.

  • Collecting data for regularly benchmarking product against source, data and competitors

  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals

  • Working collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

  • Evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India and expanding market penetration

Requirements:

  • Post graduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 College with 15 years or more years of experience of in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment

  • Exposure to BFSI domain and have solid B2B experience

  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
