Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end reconciliations for complex accounts within the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with internal and external audit regulations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies while maintaining robust quality controls.
- Monitor and improve the accounting processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Provide regular updates and insights on accounting matters to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to align processes and data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in R2R reconciliations or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
