Senior Data Engineer – 3+ Years – Gurugram (Hybrid)
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer to join a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building secure, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and architecture to support global business needs.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure and scalable data pipelines
- Build and manage ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and SQL
- Work across RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Develop Medallion architecture and data modeling solutions
- Collaborate on cloud and on-prem data migrations and architecture
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git and REST APIs
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot database/system-level issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SQL, data modeling, and Azure data services
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud and hybrid data infrastructure
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
