Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage with diverse candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team to contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements
- 4-9 years of experience in non-IT recruitment(research,credit risk, equity research,credit reserach) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Proven track record in identifying and attracting diverse talent for various roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience in utilizing recruitment tools and technology to streamline the hiring process
- Passion for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the recruitment process
