Senior Manager – Luxury Residential Sales - Gurgaon - 8+ Years

We are hiring a senior leader to drive luxury residential and second-home sales across premium Indian destinations. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented professional who can build trusted relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, design targeted sales strategies, and lead a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute sales strategies for luxury residential and second-home portfolios.

  2. Engage and convert HNI / UHNI prospects through bespoke advisory and relationship management.

  3. Use market insights to position properties as lifestyle upgrades and long-term wealth creators.

  4. Identify and capture new luxury destinations and market opportunities; collaborate with marketing/research teams.

  5. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team; set and monitor KPI/quality standards.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in luxury product sales (real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or premium lifestyle).

  2. Demonstrable success in engaging and closing deals with HNI / UHNI clients.

  3. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and consultative selling approach.

  4. Ability to travel extensively across India for client engagements and market development.

  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
