Senior Manager / DGM–Business Development- Insurance (General)– Gurgaon (10+ years)  

Location: Gurgaon


We are looking for Business Development professionals with good partnership and alliance experience. –This is an acquisition role with potential client targets in Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, Digital Intermediaries, General Insurers, Telecom, Online Retail, Online Platforms, Utilities. The right candidate is expected to create a pipeline of qualified leads with key stakeholders, understand and communicate the prospect’s requirement internally, collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product, Underwriting, Operations, IT and Finance to build customized solutions, present to prospects, negotiate and win deals.

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Understanding, communicating, and acting in line with the Strategic Agenda of the organization

  2. Identifying, mapping, and targeting new B-Partners and customer segments in accordance with their Customer Model

  3. Identifying senior and relevant stakeholders at prospect B-Partners, create engaging business conversations, generate prospect leads and qualify them for submitting proposals.

  4. Collaborating, building and effectively communicating proposals that demonstrate value for prospect B-Partners and their Customers

  5. Dealing, negotiating, and influencing key stakeholders to position the company as the right partner.

  6. Owning requests for proposals, responses, solutions, commercials and gain authorization to activate deal team including support materials.

  7. Winning and implementing deals including contract negotiation and supporting operational, financial and IT set up.


Job Requirements: 

  1. 10+ years of experience within Sales with a minimum seven years of experience in B2B and B2B2C sales preferred

  2. Experience in new business development with a successful track record of winning new deal.
