Sr. Account Manager – Residential Leasing - 3+ Years - Hyderabad

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to handle residential leasing and grow the client base. The role involves building strong relationships with corporates, embassies, and HNIs, managing client deals from start to finish, and supporting marketing efforts. You’ll also help with paperwork, reports, and closing lease agreements. Strong communication and client-handling skills are key.

Responsibilities -

  1. Identifying and managing potential leads for residential leasing by actively networking with relevant stakeholders and using online listing platforms.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporates, embassies, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and serviced apartment operators to support business growth.
  3. Assisting clients throughout the leasing cycle, including property shortlisting, site visits, negotiations, and final closure of deals.
  4. Conducting regular market research and property analysis to stay updated on rental trends and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
  5. Preparing and managing necessary documentation, including lease agreements, NDAs, fee agreements, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams and developers to support marketing activities such as creating brochures, digital content, and promotional materials for leasing assets.

Requirements -

  1. Experience in residential leasing or real estate, preferably with corporate or HNI clients.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  3. Good understanding of local property markets and rental trends.
  4. Ability to handle lease documentation and reporting.
  5. Familiarity with property portals, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.
