Location –
Gurgaon (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Responsibilities –

  1. Lead and manage the HR tech stack including HRIS, payroll platforms, and compliance tools.

  2. Drive HR transformation initiatives, automation projects, and shared services implementation.

  3. Identify opportunities for process digitization and operational efficiency within HR Ops.

  4. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to implement scalable HR tech solutions.

  5. Manage a small team and deliver multiple high-impact projects with strong governance and audit readiness.


Requirements –

  1. 10–12 years of HR Operations experience with deep exposure to payroll, compliance, and HR technology.

  2. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, or Oracle HCM.

  3. Experience with transformation projects including automation, shared services, or system migrations.

  4. Strong Excel, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  5. MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; certifications in HRIS or project management are a plus.
