Talent Acquisition Manager - FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Pharma Industry - 10+ Years - Mumbai

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and plant functions, owning leadership and lateral hiring strategies, stakeholder engagement at the CXO level, and delivering data-driven workforce plans for a high-growth FMCG leader.

Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior and leadership roles across corporate and plant locations.
  2. Collaborating with business heads and the CEO to define manpower plans, headcount forecasts, and strategic hiring needs.
  3. Building and maintaining high-quality leadership talent pipelines and closing critical mandates on time.
  4. Creating and presenting dashboards, metrics and hiring reports to guide CXO-level decision making.
  5. Strengthening employer brand and managing external recruitment partners to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements:

  1. MBA (HR) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  2. 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing.
  3. Proven track record in both corporate and plant hiring, with strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with CXO-level leaders.
  5. Strong data orientation — experience building hiring dashboards, metrics and strategic reports.
  6. High agility, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment vendors.
