Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in technology recruitment to join our growing team in Mohali. As a key player in our recruitment operations, you will be instrumental in sourcing and hiring top-tier technology professionals to support our organizational growth. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and attract top talent across various technology roles through advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks).
  • Create inclusive job postings and advertisements that resonate with a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical tech roles.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates by providing timely updates, feedback, and an engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and recruitment tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes.
  • Stay updated with current trends in technology recruitment and implement new sourcing strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Champion and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for complex and specialized technical roles.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, talent market research, and recruitment metrics.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for managing candidates and pipelines efficiently.
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruitment efforts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
