Trade Sales Manager – Pre & Post: Sales Support – Fintech (5+ Years) Bangalore

Are you an experienced Trade Finance Sales Professional? Here's an exciting opportunity for you to work in a client centric environment while providing pre and post-sales support pertaining to trade finance products. Your Future Employer- A financial infrastructure platform for institutions, crafting technology for a secure and regulated interconnected financial services ecosystem.


  1. Presenting confidently to senior technical and business professionals, both in person and via video/audio, promoting our platform to potential bank and corporate clients.

  2. Gather client inputs on platform features and requirements, providing feedback to the product team for prioritization.

  3. Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing expertise in trade finance processes.

  4. Devise tailored solution strategies with clients to align with their unique needs and our platform's product roadmap.

  5. Collaborate with fellow sales team members to successfully close deals.

  6. Address a broad spectrum of inquiries regarding blockchain (R3 Corda), enterprise architecture, security/encryption features, and diverse hosting options, including cloud


  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant trade product or trade roles within large banks.

  2. Proficient presenter with effective English communication skills.

  3. Meticulously follow up on client queries.

  4. Possess strong problem-solving abilities and deliver excellent customer service.

  5. Demonstrate ownership of processes and adept team management to meet SLAs.

  6. Preferably familiar with trade finance business and operations.

  7. Desirable to have some programming experience.

  8. Knowledge of banking onboarding and KYC processes is a plus.
