Responsibilities -
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and brokers in the Employee Benefits space.
- Manage renewals, policy servicing, and placement activities for large corporate accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, TPAs, and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare RFQs, negotiate with insurers, and provide benchmarking reports to clients.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and address operational issues promptly.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor claims and policy performance, providing actionable insights to clients.
Requirements -
- 4–8 years of experience in Employee Benefits servicing in the insurance/broking industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate insurance products (GHI, GPA, GTL, etc.).
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling large corporate accounts and broker partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
