Analytics and Data Engineer – SQL| Python| ETL, 6+ years, Gurgaon
We are seeking an experienced Analytics & Data Engineering professional to join our team and spearhead data initiatives. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate directly with client leadership to shape the vision and roadmap of their Data, Analytics & Insights team. Location- Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities-
Responsible for data engineering and Analytics projects for our retail client
Contributing to their growth strategy across business, customer, and marketing Analytics.
Developing and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
Engaging proactively with client to support their data-driven vision and business objectives.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in shaping business strategy based on data insights.
Mentoring and advising the team on best practices in data engineering and Analytics techniques.
Implementing robust data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in managing data engineering projects, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in SQL, data environments (e.g., Big Query, Google Analytics, Snowflake), and data transformation tools (Python).
Strong understanding of ETL data pipelines, including integration with APIs and databases.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics tools and cloud-based Data Warehousing solutions (Snowflake and/or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with Cron job scheduler and Data Vault modeling is a plus.
Experience in collaborating with client's Google Analytics partner agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
