Assistant Manager - HR Operations - 5+ Years - Gurgaon

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused professional for the position of Assistant Manager – HR Operations. The role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of HR Operations experience, responsible for optimizing employee lifecycle processes, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Strong Excel skills are essential, along with working knowledge of Workday or SAP, Power BI, and Power. Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the key point of contact for HR Operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
  2. Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with legislation and organizational policies.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  4. Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and inclusive manner.
  5. Support leadership teams with insightful HR metrics and reporting for decision-making processes.
  6. Collaborate on implementing HR process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and compliance.
  3. Knowledge of HR software systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
  4. Familiarity with labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance in India.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
